Karate Kid: Legends is one of the most exciting movies releasing this year, serving as the first connective tissue between the original Karate Kid movies and the 2010 reboot film. The sequel brings a new central Karate Kid to the franchise, uniting Ralph Macchio's Daniel LaRusso and Jackie Chan's Mr. Han to continue to uphold Mr. Miyagi's legacy. Karate Kid: Legends just released a new trailer, showing off the character that will likely take on the role of the main bully character, the most notable of which was the original KarateKid's Johnny Lawrence.

The 2022 sci-fi horror film M3GAN became a surprise hit with audiences, and in just a few months fans will finally be able to see M3GAN 2.0, which looks even more exciting because of one scene. M3GAN followed a software developer, Gemma, working to create an artificially intelligent doll to keep her young niece, Cady, company after the death of her parents, but things take a dark turn when M3GAN begins killing anyone who gets between her and Cady. While M3GAN's ending saw Cady and Gemma defeat M3GAN, the AI doll is now back to protect them in M3GAN 2.0.

A new clip from Disney's live-action adaptation of Lilo & Stitch teases the playful dynamic between the two characters. The live-action film is an adaptation of the beloved animated feature that was originally released in 2002, following a lonely girl and her relationship with her new friend from space. Hitting hard with family themes from characters who became iconic, and considering Disney's recent struggles with live-action remakes, the Lilo & Stitch remake has been closely scrutinized leading up to its theatrical release.

Marvel Studios has just released exclusive new footage at CinemaCon from Thunderbolts*, showing the new MCU team bonding as they break into the former Avengers Tower. Starring Bucky Barnes, Yelena Belova, Red Guardian, Ghost, Taskmaster, and U.S. Agent, Thunderbolts* is set to be a very unique ensemble film as the dysfunctional team attempts to save New York from The Sentry, one of the Marvel Universe's most powerful heroes/villains.

The third installment of James Cameron's popular science-fiction franchise continues the story of Jake Sully (Sam Worthington), Neytiri (Zoe Saldaña), and their family as they encounter new clans on the planet of Pandora. This time, however, they'll be interacting with a new nation of fire-based Na'vi, alongside nomadic wind traders. Avatar: Fire and Ash's release is scheduled for December 19, 2025, with the sequel expected to give the franchise another lucrative theatrical run.

Disney shares the first footage for Zootopia 2 at CinemaCon. Slated to release in November of this year, the long-awaited sequel to Disney's hit 2016 movie will see the return of unconventional partners Judy Hopps (Ginnifer Goodwin) and Nick Wilde (Jason Bateman). Now properly working together on the force, Judy and Nick team up to solve another animal-centric mystery, which revolves around the new snake character Gary (Ke Huy Quan). Zootopia 2 also brings back Shakira as Gazelle, the in-universe pop superstar.

New footage from Elio has debuted at CinemaCon. The 2025 Pixar movie, which was directed by Turning Red's Madeline Sharafian and Domee Shi alongside Coco's Adrian Molina, sees 11-year-old Elio Solis (Yonas Kibreab) finally achieving his dream of being abducted by extraterrestrials, only to be surrounded by aliens who assume that he is the ambassador of planet Earth. The cast of the Elio also includes Zoe Saldaña as Elio's Aunt Olga, Brad Garrett as the formidable alien Lord Grigon, Remy Edgerly as Grigon's friendly son Glordon, and Jameela Jamil as the alien ambassador Questa.
