High on Life made a big splash last year, turning a colorful singleplayer comedy FPS packed with irreverent scatological sketches into an XBOX Game hit . As a result, Sweezy is an ideal weapon for exploring certain areas blocked with spinning industrial fans or moving vehicles.

There are quite a few bounties in High on Life, and of them, Dr. Giblets is probably the hardest to track down. Dr. Giblets is one of the latest bounties available in the game. This mission is also where the player can attain their last weapon, although it will not be available for immediate use.

One of the first patch updates for High on Life added a feature to make the game’s sentient guns talk less, but the shooter truthfully needs the Gatlians to speak up more often. Though High on Life is a competent first-person shooter, the unique identity of the game comes from its humor. There are absurd character designs and ridiculous events in the game’s story, but the bulk of the jokes derive from its steady stream of dialogue. Players can still enjoy dialogue from Blim City’s various television monitors and NPCs, but the talking guns need more chatter to fill the occasional silence with the game’s distinct style of humor.

After the Krubis bounty in High on Life, players receive an item called the Warp Remote, which allows them to use Warp Discs to unlock bonus locations that otherwise do not appear in the original narrative of the game. Although not needed to progress the story of High on Life, these new areas have achievements that count toward a 100% completion goal that players may be interested in pursuing. Additionally, the quirks present throughout the game are exemplified in these locations, providing players with more of the game's style of humor within this extra content.

The hilarious shooter High On Life is a fun-filled romp for many reasons, particularly its clever writing that's performed by a star-studded cast. Justin Roiland's latest Squanch Games project places skilled comedians and voice actors into every role, from its sentient Gatlian guns and bosses to random NPCs encountered throughout the title. With such a varied cast, it may be hard for players to pin down just where they recognize some of the game's voices from, particularly those playing the leaders of the G3 Cartel.

Dr. Giblets in High on Life is one of the more intriguing bosses, as the bounty hunter actually spends a fair amount of time learning how he thinks. Dr. Giblets is the fourth or fifth boss in the game, depending on the order the player chooses to complete bounties. In either case, Dr. Giblets will have to be confronted to progress the game.
