Why David & Annie Changed Their Mind About Having A Baby

It Was More Than Just About Their Age Gap

David and Annie started their baby journey seven months ago. They’re finally about to see some success if Annie manages to get pregnant. David had three grown kids with his ex-wife and also was a grandfather when he met Annie in Thailand. David brought Annie to the U.S. in 2017, and they got married in November 2017. As they celebrated seven successful years together, fans often asked David and Annie why they had not had any babies yet. Obviously, their massive age difference was a major factor. David is 24 years older than Annie.

Annie insisted that since David was a lot older than her, she had accepted that they were not going to start a family together when she married him. Annie couldn’t imagine David changing diapers when he was 60 years old. She was okay with not having kids with her husband. David had previously joked that they would name their baby “Jesus” if they miraculously ended up having one. David had undergone a vasectomy and said he would need a reversal procedure for it. However, David’s sperm could still be extracted, and the procedure was successful in February 2024.

A few years ago, Annie and David also decided to adopt Annie’s younger brother Jordan and her cousin sister Amber, so they could bring them to the U.S. The teenagers were unable to secure visas and now, Amber is engaged to an American man herself. The couple has kept fans clued in with all the updates on their crucial baby journey ever since they started looking for IVF centers. 90 Day Fiancé viewers and the couple’s ers can’t wait to see David and Annie finally being blessed with a little Toborowsky very soon.
