With Aaron peaking at a weight above 700 lbs, his eating habits had rendered him immobile, and changes had to be made before he ate himself to death. During Aaron's time on My 600-Lb Life, he itted that his life was pure torture because he was in constant pain. This, alongside his being physically able to care for his father, propelled him to make the necessary changes in his life. At the end of his time on the show, Aaron lost well over 300 pounds, making him one of the most successful My 600-Lb Life stories. However, life hasn't always been smooth sailing since leaving the reality TV show.
Aaron Washer Lost His Father After My 600-Lb Life
With his surgery being a success, Aaron was able to lose enough weight to be the one taking care of his father. The My 600-Lb Life star posted many frequent updates concerning his father's health on his official Facebook page, which has since been deleted. In April 2019, he revealed that his father had a foot infection and would need a toe removal to be better. However, just two weeks after making this update, his father ed away. He informed the public of this using his official Facebook page. This was Aaron's last post before he permanently deleted the page and only posted on his personal profile.
Aaron Got Married After My 600-Lb Life
Unfortunately, 2019 was a hard year for Aaron, but despite all the negatives, he still had some positives. Aaron worked full-time as a caregiver and medical technician at an assisted living facility and started a new relationship. Even though Aaron deleted his official Facebook page, he still kept his personal one around. Occasionally, he drops updates concerning his life via his personal profile. For example, he married Ashlee Rose in October 2020 and continues to post Christmas, engagement, and other photos with her.
Irrespective of all the hurdles thrown his way, Aaron seems determined to keep living a healthier life now more than ever. Although he doesn't necessarily share updates on his routine and weight-loss journey, from his Facebook posts, it's more than obvious that the reality TV alum is living a healthier and more fulfilling life. Hopefully, the My 600-Lb Life star's life will continue to improve.
