However, things became tense in Ethiopia when Ariela suspected that Biniyam’s friends were negatively influencing him. She then decided that she wanted to move away with him, to keep their relationship intact. Also, Ariela also only trusted the US to provide adequate medical care for baby Avi. The couple ended up moving back to her native New Jersey, with help from Ariela's parents, and she married Biniyam there.

The Other Way's Deavan Clegg gave living in South Korea a chance, after she fell for Jihoon Lee. Deavan, who is the mother of daughter Drascilla, became pregnant with baby Taeyang after her first sexual encounter with Jihoon. Deavan had always been enamored with Korean culture, and was eager to live there. However, her relationship with Jihoon soon fell through, mostly because she became frustrated with his inability to provide. She took her two kids back to the US, which has led to accusations that she is withholding Jihoon’s son from him. Deavan started dating another Korean man, Christopher Park, and left Jihoon behind.
90 Day Fiancé Fan Favorite Tiffany Franco Smith
Like her friend Deavan, fellow The Other Way star Tiffany Franco Smith already had her son Daniel when she met Ronald Smith. Tiffany tried things out with the South African man, and became pregnant with baby Carley. Ronald took on a fatherly role with young Daniel, but 90 Day Fiancé star Tiffany couldn’t get past his criminal history, and inability to find steady work. This caused her to declare that Ronald was an unfit parent and partner. Tiffany made it clear that she would not live in South Africa, as she also hesitated to help Ronald come to the US. However, it is rumored that the couple is back together, although any future that they might have is likely to unfold on US soil.

Tim Clarkson is another The Other Way cast member who ended up returning to the US. He had a very messy relationship with Melyza Zeta. After cheating on her, Tim decided to move to Colombia, to show that he was serious about their relationship, even though his Spanish was very limited. This led to Melyza confessing her own deceptions. Surprisingly, the couple chose to stay together, and got engaged. Tim and Melyza then moved to Dallas, Texas to start a new life. They currently live there, and appear very happy.

Avery Mills appeared on Before the 90 Days, where she was falsely branded naive by 90 Day Fiancé fans. The American teen traveled to Syria to marry Omar Albakour, after meeting him on a Muslim dating app. Avery and Omar faced a very long waiting period for his visa approval. After their first year apart, Avery chose to move to Dubai, so she could be with Omar. The couple started a new life together, and Avery praised living in the United Arab Emirates. However, they later moved to New Jersey, when Omar’s US visa was finally approved. They'd had to wait two years before they could focus on their careers. Omar is now becoming certified to be a US dentist, while Avery is studying healthcare istration.
90 Day Fiancé Villain Paul Staehle
Paul Staehle shared a very messy 90 Day Fiancé franchise relationship with Karine Staehle. The duo aired many frightening ups and downs. American Paul moved to Brazil when his wife expressed no desire to live in America. However, the duo split for good last winter, after a video of Karine hitting Paul in the head in front of one of their sons was leaked. The split led to Paul and Karine moving to the United States, but living in different homes. They currently do not appear to have custody of their children, although they may possibly obtain visitation rights.

The blonde woman Emily Larina appeared alongside her foreign love interest, Alexander “Sasha” Larin, during 90DF season 7. Emily met the Russian man while she was working in Russia. Ellie Rose and Victor McLean had a difficult time on The Other Way. She was shocked when she ed him in the tiny Colombian island of Providencia, shortly after a devastating hurricane. The two ended up marrying, and working on their problems. They moved to the US, and surprised 90 Day Fiancé fans by sharing their successful marriage updates.
