America's Got Talent season 20's working hard to stand out from the crowd, and with a surprise returning act, the show is welcoming back a duo who originally performed as a trio. After losing out on the win, Mel B has their backs.
During the most recent episode of America's Got Talent season 20, the Messoudi Brothers returned to the show for another try at the grand prize. First debuting as a trio during America's Got Talent season 14, the Messoudi brothers made it to the semi-finals before being cut from the competition, and though they've been on other reality TV competitions since, they're hopeful that they're back for the win this season. After an electrifying performance from the duo, which included a knife-juggling act that included the pair swapping outfits while performing, Mel B gave them the golden buzzer, sending them through.
What Messoudi Brothers’ Return Means For AGT
The Show Is Bringing Back Fun Second Chance Acts
Although the Messoudi brothers look a bit different than they did last time they competed on America's Got Talent, they're still just as talented as a duo than they were as a trio. The pair of brothers have been honing their act since getting eliminated during the semi-finals on America's Got Talent season 14, even having gone on to compete on Britain's Got Talent, too. With both brothers were happy to be back on the main stage, they didn't expect any special treatment from the judges who knew them before. Their performance, however, was breathtaking enough for a golden buzzer.

While the brother's likely would've been just as happy to move along in the competition with their act after hearing enough yes' from the judges, the fact that they came back into the competition with a golden buzzer was exciting. The pair were happy to be moving through to the next round, but now will make it all the way through the web of competition to give themselves another shot at winning America's Got Talent. For their act, it may mean diversifying some of the moves they've created as a pair to ensure they're at the top of their game.
Our Take On The Messoudi Brothers Returning To AGT
They're Ready To Compete Once Again
Although the Messoudi brothers returning to America's Got Talent isn't a first, they're one of the few returning acts the show's had. Their time on the show may be tough, but the AGT veterans know how to handle stress and channel it into their act moving forward. The America's Got Talent veterans are ready to find their way to a win.
