iOS 16 Lock Screen Photos & Notifications
iOS 16 also introduces a new look for Lock Screen photos. The cool depth effect that appears on the Apple Watch where the time floats behind a subject is coming to the iPhone. Notifications are also animated in iOS 16, rolling in from the bottom in an interesting way. Live Activities is a new notification style for time-sensitive information, such as sports scores, workouts, and other events that happen on a schedule. In addition, the iPhone's music player will be a Live Activity and has playback controls on the Lock Screen. Apple also brought its Focus controls to the iPhone's Lock Screen, making this feature more convenient to use.
