Kayla Cyphers is a freelance writer and has just started working to deliver gaming news for Screen Rant in 2022. As an avid tabletop gamer, digital artist, and pop culture enthusiast, she likes to keep up to date with what’s happening in the entertainment world. Her love for storytelling and creating new worlds has led her to video game and TTRPG writing. Games like Pokémon, Portal, and Hades are favorites of hers - although smaller titles like Slay the Spire, Inscryption, and Armello can keep her busy for hours. Graduating from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a degree in English and Communications has led her to be ionate about BIPOC and minority issues. She is determined to encourage those voices to be heard - especially when it comes to creative and artistic works.
