About Lilo Navratil

Lilo is a staff writer for Screen Rant. Having graduated from the London Screen Academy in 2021 and earning a distinction for her time there, she moved her attentions to writing. For a long time, she has been interested in films both obscure and popular.
Having moved multiple times in her life, Lilo has gained an appreciation for films that have often been overlooked and overshadowed.

Industry Focus

Working as a staff writer, Lilo has her focus upon the broader film world. Whether they be classics of American cinema or films left behind, there is a chance she has watched them. You can be sure to expect her to write about as many forgotten films as possible. She also has an ever-increasing knowledge of literature that grows with every book she reads.

Favorite Media

Having developed her earliest interest in film through the films her older siblings showed her, Lilo was shaped by a random assortment of films. From Big Trouble in Little China to Mission Impossible, there was rarely a film that didn't attract her interest. As her taste has developed, more obscure films such as After Dark, My Sweet and An Unmarried Woman have become favorites.
