Below Deck season 12, it was clear that there was going to be some tension between the stews, as Rainbeau, Solène Favreau, and Barbara Kulaif were all introduced as Chief Stew Fraser Olender's new team. Rainbeau, a Dutch yachtie who shared her aspiration is to become a Chief Stew, may not have been interested in sharing her hometown on her Bravo bio, but her proclamation that she's from "the world" makes sense after watching her on screen. As a highly motivated, hard-working Stew, Rainbeau was quickly chosen as Fraser's second Stew and knew she was the right fit for the job. With a plethora of experience under her belt, Rainbeau attributed her "militant" upbringing to how well she navigates the high-pressure environment of St. David. Rainbeau shared quickly during the charter that she's one of three daughters, and growing up with two older sisters made her a quick learner. At 25 years old, Rainbeau shared that her mother had her eldest sister, 27, her middle sister, 26, and her in quick succession, which led to an interesting environment for them to grow up in. Surely close with her family, Rainbeau appears to have a competitive streak, but seems to be more in competition with herself than others. As one of the more experienced of the Interior team, Rainbeau has five years of yachting experience coming into Below Deck season 12. Throughout her career, Rainbeau has worked in different areas of the Interior department, but seems to be great when it comes to guest service, crafting tablescapes, and set up/tear down of the guest quarters. Showing off her abilities quickly during Below Deck season 12's premiere, Rainbeau made it clear that she knows what she's doing and she's able to take on more responsibility than expected. Rainbeau's strong, but that doesn't mean she won't encounter drama.

Rainbeau's time aboard St. David came with a quick uptick in finding out that she'd be the second Stew from Fraser, but her delegation of tasks with the rest of the team may not be the best foot to have started out on. While Rainbeau was able to avoid the drama with Barbara and Solène, her chances of escaping Below Deck season 12 without some issues is minimal. As a travel and lifestyle influencer of sorts, Rainbeau has been able to share her travels all over the world, posting photos and videos of her luxurious trips and indulgent moments off charter. Calling herself "happy & homeless," Rainbeau asserts that she's a traveler by nature and doesn't have any roots at the moment, despite being close to her family and friends. Allowing herself to prioritize her travel, Rainbeau has a lifestyle many envy, but few would be able to handle. Dealing with travel can be pressurized, but Rainbeau's made it clear on Below Deck already that pressure's not an issue for her.
