Although Wakanda is an essential location within the MCU, it hasn't displayed the influence one would expect after revealing itself to the world. The events of the MCU's next Avengers team, guaranteeing that they can be free to make their own decisions and be held able by a reliable government. After all, Wakanda's decision to share their resources with the world makes them a trustworthy authority.
Regardless of whether Wakanda chooses a new ruler or dissolves the monarchy in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, it could eventually select and represent a new team of superheroes internationally, potentially making them available for other governments in case they're needed across borders without many legal controversies. Wakanda can also provide the team with the necessary resources, training, and gear in order to be more prepared for future threats as big as Thanos. Of course, this also brings some risks, as the rest of the world—or the Wakandan citizens themselves—can begin to distrust Wakanda's power.
