The last arc to be animated for the Fullbringer arc (Bleach's version of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure) was without impacts on the ongoing story, and one of the ways that manifested was by introducing Xcution.

The group known as Xcution are a secret society of humans who can use a special power known as Fullbring. Fullbringers are said to be spiritually aware humans who came into with one of Bleach's Hollows before being born. The power is thus similar to that of Hollows, but the way that it works is actually quite different. A Fullbringer's special ability is to communicate with the souls of objects, which allows them to manipulate the world around them. Because a Fullbringer is by definition a living human, they do have physical bodies which they must take into , although the power does allow them to see spirit beings like Hollows and Soul Reapers. Because convincing the souls of objects can be difficult, most Fullbringers in Xcution have a particular item that acts as a focus for their abilities, as well as their primary weapon. Fullbringers are extremely rare due to the complex set of circumstances that need to arise in order for one to be created.

Xcution is the only group of Fullbringers seen in Bleach, although not all Fullbringers in the series are a member. Like some other groups in Bleach, the Fullbringers of Xcution saw persecution as a result of their supernatural abilities and came together to help one another, at least initially. Over time, Xcution became more radical, taking a discriminatory stance against the ordinary humans who'd rejected them. ing Xcution is difficult, even for Fullbringers, as they try to keep their and base as secret as possible. Ichigo is eventually brought into their group, although only as part of an elaborate plan to steal his Soul Reaper powers. By the end of Bleach's Fullbringer arc, the leaders of Xcution are dead, but most live on, and some continue to appear.

Chad is Also a Fullbringer in Bleach

Xcution is led by Kugo Ginjo, a former substitute Soul Reaper just like Ichigo. Supplementing Fullbring powers with those of a Soul Reaper can create a significant boost in power, so Ginjo hoped to steal Ichigo's power, and set up a scheme to win his trust. His power is known as Cross of Scaffold, and he can use it to create a massive sword out of his pendant. Another is Shukuro Tsukushima, a Fullbringer who played a critical part in the plan by pretending to betray Xcution and setting the stage for Ichigo's involvement. The most noteworthy Fullbringer outside of Xcution is Yasutora Sado (Chad in the dub), who had to master his powers on his own, which manifest on his arms.

The Fullbringer arc may not be popular, but Fullbringer concepts and characters do continue to show up in the manga afterward, and Xcution characters will appear in Bleach's The Thousand-Year Blood War, so it is something fans need to know about to understand the series moving forward. Fullbringers are definitely unique among the various groups in Bleach, so it's a shame the arc is poorly regarded.
