Call Of Duty: Black Ops 7 is the next installment in the franchise. Looking at past releases, the game is said to be dropping in late 2025, which means around the fall. Though it's likely still months away, there have been some details confirmed so far. This includes the platforms the game will be available on, what modes we can play in, an overview of the story, and what actors have been confirmed so far.

While not every voice actor has been released to appear in BO 7, Variety did confirm a few that will be in this new installment. Some of these actors are fresh to the franchise while others debuted in previous games. Looking at it from an acting standpoint, this game seems like it will be rich with talent. Only three actors have been verified, there's no telling how many more big names will appear.

Milo Ventimiglia Takes On David Mason

A Fan Favorite Protagonist From Black Ops 2

Milo Ventimiglia, known for his reprising roles in shows such as Gilmore Girls and This Is Us, has been confirmed to be playing David Mason. David Mason is a protagonist who was originally introduced in Black Ops 2, according to Variety. This character is a Lieutenant Commander who previously served with the SEALs before advancing in his rank. Born in 1979, this character was quite young when BO2 was originally based, in the mid to late 80s, finishing off in 2025. This means he will be 56 years old for BO7. He will be playable as the main character in this game.

It's unclear what the makeover will entail for the character's appearance, but as mentioned it will be subtle, the character should be recognizable from the previous game. Being that David Mason is one of the fans' favorite protagonists in the franchise, it's no surprise they would choose an actor with a lengthy professional background to fully capture the character. If his previous roles are anything to go by, there's no doubt Milo Ventimiglia will give this character his everything and then some.
