New Marvel Cinematic Universe. As The Multiverse Saga is going forward, Marvel Studios has officially recruited another talented actor to the franchise as Esposito is showing up in the MCU as an undisclosed character. Esposito and unspecified Captain America: Brave New World cast are currently taking part in reshoots ahead of the movie's 2025 release.

Nearly a day after it was confirmed that Esposito will appear in Captain America: Brave New World, photographer Christopher Oquendo took to his Twitter to reveal the first look at his mysterious villain character who will make his MCU debut in 2025. Esposito can be seen arriving on the set of the movie's reshoots, decked out in his character's full costume that includes armor with built-in knife holsters, and a gun tucked away under his stylish jacket.

Every Marvel Villain Esposito Could Be Playing In Captain America: Brave New World

With Esposito's casting addition being a big question for Captain America: Brave New World, the set photo doesn't really give away a lot of clues to who he could be playing in the MCU movie. As there have been rumors suggesting that the Serpent Society is playing a role in Captain America: Brave New World, Esposito could be playing a member, given that he is wearing tactical gear. However, with Serpent Society being one of the minor villainous organizations in the Marvel world, it's hard to nail down a specific character.

A big surprise would be if Esposito is playing a reimagined version of Victor von Doom long before he becomes Doctor Doom, one of the most famous villains in Fantastic Four's entire Marvel canon. Given how Esposito has revealed that whoever he is playing is getting an MCU television series, a crucial character like Doctor Doom would make a lot of sense. With almost 20 days being used for the Captain America: Brave New World reshoots, Victor may have a small role in this film to help him get a foundation before his solo show.

With someone as gifted as Esposito, who has played terrific villains in past TV shows and movies, time will tell who he is actually playing in Captain America: Brave New World's cast. Esposito has teased it is a character that not a lot of people would be expecting, but on what scale is the bigger mystery. Hopefully, there will be more news on who Esposito is portraying in Captain America: Brave New World as he gets ready to take part in the MCU.
