On MTV’s stars have just been bad competitors.

Some of the worst competitors lack the social skills or physical abilities needed to succeed in the game. In order to make it far and play well on The Challenge, competitors need both a strong social game and well-rounded physical abilities to help them in the house and in the competitions. It is important to be able to physically compete in the competitions, but it's equally important to keep up a strong social game to avoid being voted into elimination. The worst players have lacked at least one of these skills, if not both. They have been noted as some of the worst competitors in the show’s 36 seasons on the air.

Victor Arroyo was disappointing to watch, despite the hype that surrounded his casting announcement. His physical abilities and charm should have led to a successful showing, but his social game left a lot to be desired. He did not share his time on The Challenge on any social media, leading viewers to believe he did not enjoy his experience. The police officer and Big Brother alum performed well in the physical competitions, but he did not show the personality needed in the house to succeed.

Jozea Flores

Despite lacking both physical and mental skills needed to succeed in the game, Jozea Flores was cast on Final Reckoning and Champs vs. Stars. Despite his athletic looks, Jozea did not perform well in physical competitions and failed to solve puzzles. He lacked game strategy, but somehow managed to make it far during both of his seasons. He did not contribute much to the game and his skills are disappointing, which is why he is noted as one of the worst competitors, despite how far he went in the game.

The worst players failed to consider every aspect that contributes to being a good competitor. Just because somebody makes it far in the competition does not mean that they are a good player. A The Challenge, and players who were not physically competitive or socially smart cannot be noted as good competitors. These competitors did not play to their full potential and therefore are some of the worst players on the show.
