Daredevil: Born Again episode 8 gradually transforms Wilson Bethel's Benjamin Poindexter into Bullseye as the villain engages his abilities.

Previously, Wilson Fisk told BB Urich her uncle Ben used to be a talented journalist, and BB seemed to be unaware of Ben Urich's attempts to expose Wilson Fisk's Kingpin alter ego. Fisk then took BB under his wing and trusted her work, which has greatly benefited Fisk's istration. However, Fisk seems to be underestimating BB Urich. Wilson Fisk became Mayor of New York in order to legitimize his criminal activities and conceal his dark past. Despite his plan's success, Fisk has let his emotions get the best of him. Fisk kidnapped and tortured Adam out of jealousy, ignored his political advisor's guidance, and named Daniel his Deputy Mayor for Communications despite Daniel's lack of experience. Fisk has also brushed aside many of his responsibilities as Mayor in order to focus on his personal vendetta, and now he's underestimating BB Urich and Commissioner Gallo.

The moment BB wants to turn the city against the mayor, there's little Wilson Fisk can do besides killing her, and that's currently off the table due to his current job.

No one has given BB Urich's true motivations any second thought, especially Wilson Fisk himself, who should be skeptical about Ben Urich's niece's suspicious aspiration to work with a person her uncle criticized before his death. Daniel Blake's successful attempts to manipulate BB inflate his ego, and both Vanessa Fisk and Buck Cashman have bigger things to worry about than someone they think is a mere cog in the machine. BB Urich has earned the public's trust. The moment BB wants to turn the city against the mayor, there's little Wilson Fisk can do besides killing her, and that's currently off the table due to his current job.

As Wilson Fisk focuses on removing Bullseye from the equation and dealing with the aftermath of Matt Murdock's nearly lethal injury, BB Urich will likely work on a plan to expose Fisk's shady activities and confirm to the world that his Kingpin urban legend has been true all along. Commissioner Gallo's intel might be the first step in BB Urich's scheme, but she'll need all the evidence she can gather before she can execute it. As soon as she has enough compelling evidence, BB Urich can easily use her media influence to reveal Wilson Fisk's true self and protect herself from retaliation along the way.

Since BB Urich reveals her true intentions in Daredevil: Born Again episode 8, one episode before season 1 ends, her revenge plan against Wilson Fisk will likely take shape in Daredevil: Born Again season 2. Set photos confirm Wilson Fisk will continue to be Mayor in season 2, meaning that Matt Murdock, Frank Castle, Benjamin Poindexter, BB Urich, and all of New York's vigilantes will have enough time to turn the tide against Wilson Fisk. BB Urich, of course, will be key in Fisk's downfall whenever that happens.
