Deadpool and Wolverine are known for their incredible healing factors, but Deadpool & Wolverine: WWIII #3 has marked a major change in how they use them. It's no secret that these Marvel characters have a near endless cycle of regeneration, which becomes more and more impressive as comic creators add more lore. The latest twist on their healing factor is the most grotesque and impressive yet.
Deadpool & Wolverine: WWIII #3 has the creative team of Joe Kelly, Adam Kubert, Frank Martin, and Joe Sabino. The series has been following the titular Marvel icons as Wade Wilson tries to reinvent himself - once again. Deadpool has frequently undergone changes in his life, going from mercenary to hero and alternating between lifestyles.
What stays the same, however, is his ability to bounce back from extreme injuries, limb loss, and other influences that should prove fatal. Regardless of what Deadpool goes up again, he manages to bounce back, in disgustingly astonishing ways.

Wolverine & Deadpool's Healing Factors Show Higher Capabilities
Wade Wilson is Proving to Be Nearly Invincible
During their fight with Delta in Deadpool & Wolverine: WWIII #2, the titular protagonists were facing off against the mysterious Delta and his monstrous underling. Deadpool was squashed, being reduced to no notable residual material. This would make him appear to be seemingly dead. However, his healing factor is continuing to prove its efficacy, especially when combined with Wolverine's in a highly unusual circumstance. The two have never been closer than they have with their "Twolepathy," resulting in them being in each other's heads and temporarily sharing a coned body.
Despite being one of their oldest and best-known powers, these Marvel icons' healing factors continually have new limits revealed, pushing the boundary of what's possible for heroes and antiheroes to come back from.
Though it seemed like Deadpool was done for, as long as he has a drop of blood left, there is a chance he could come back. After Wade Wilson's blood entered Wolverine's body, the Merc with a Mouth was able to regenerate with a combined healing factor. This ultimately results in Deadpool emerging from Wolverine's body as he regrows his own. This healing factor capability adds another skill layer to Deadpool, suring Venom's healing factor significantly and proving that Deadpool and Wolverine are a largely unbeatable team.
Deadpool & Wolverine Improve Upon Their Healing Factor Once More
The two have never been closer than they have with their "Twolepathy,..."
Venom (2021) #21 proved that the symbiote was able to bring Eddie Brock back from simply being a pile of mashed flesh. However, Deadpool & Wolverine: WWIII #3 reveals that Wade is able to come back with even just a single drop of blood. This feat is made possible - and more time effective - when combined with Wolverine's powers. Despite being one of their oldest and best-known powers, these Marvel icons' healing factors continually have new limits revealed, pushing the boundary of what's possible for heroes and antiheroes to come back from. Deadpool and Wolverine make an incredible team and their Twolepathy power increase marks a peak point in their use of their healing factors.
