Simulation game best games in the vein of Stardew Valley, Disney Dreamlight Valley involves a mix of farming, decorating, crafting, and friendship with a Disney twist. While the game is full of beloved characters from the Disney side of things, Marvel villagers have sadly yet to make an appearance.

Disney Dreamlight Valley's main plot revolves around a tragic event called the Forgetting. As its name implies, the Forgetting occurred after Dreamlight Valley's leader disappeared and everyone began to forget who they were. Dreamlight Valley soon fell into disrepair and became covered in thorns, leading many characters to retreat back to their home realms. It's up to the player to bring villagers back through the use of Dream Shards in Disney Dreamlight Valley, which unlock access to different realms where players can recruit characters back to the valley.

Generally, the process for recruiting new characters to come live in Dreamlight Valley involves completing a series of tasks for them in their home realm, and then returning to build them a home in the village. Once their new home has been built in Disney Dreamlight Valley, the character will officially take up residence and can be befriended by the player. The game boasts an impressive roster of Disney characters, featuring characters like Ariel, Elsa, and Moana, but it would be greatly improved if Marvel characters became available as well.

Thor's Powers Would Be A Fun Marvel Addition To Disney Dreamlight Valley

The game is no stranger to characters with powers, with Disney Dreamlight Valley villagers like Elsa and Merlin bringing their magic to town with them. Marvel's Thor would fit right into this equation as a man who's familiar with both his own powers and those of other gods like Zeus. He would likely be fascinated by powers like Elsa's ice manipulation, and his hilarious and laid back personality would be a welcome addition to Dreamlight Valley. Plus, with an axe like Stormbreaker, it would be funny to have him pitch in when players are working to remove wooden stumps.

Marvel's Iron Man Could Bring Technology To Disney Dreamlight Valley

Although technically speaking Tony Stark is canonically no longer alive in the MCU after his heroic snap, that doesn't necessarily mean he couldn't make his way to Disney Dreamlight Valley - in fact, a new Iron Man game was announced by EA, proving the hero's scope expands much farther than the constraints of the Marvel films. Tony Stark could bring many interesting new features to Disney Dreamlight Valley besides his trademark wit, particularly when it comes to technology. Stark is a true whiz when it comes to futuristic tech of all kinds, and could perhaps introduce new futuristic craftable items or improvements to existing tools players could enlist him to build.

Spider-Man Could Add His Marvel Webslinging To Disney Dreamlight Valley

Peter Parker could easily become the friendly neighborhood Spider-Man of Dreamlight Valley. The Marvel hero would make the ideal villager for any player to have in their Disney Dreamlight Valley game, with the character being both incredibly helpful and affable. Parker has already seen great success with the web-swinging Marvel's Spider-Man as well as older titles, and the hero bringing their web powers into the game would make it the ideal crossover.

Of course, Miles Morales' iteration of Spider-Man can't be left out of the discussion. The two could come as a Marvel pair or as separate missions, although they would share the same New York City realm. Players could utilize the characters' web powers as a form of fast travel, hitching a ride with either Miles or Peter to help with running errands around the world of Disney Dreamlight Valley.

Marvel's Wanda Maximoff Would Be A Controversial But Correct Disney Dreamlight Valley Addition

While it's true that after Marvel's Multiverse of Madness Wanda Maximoff was left possibly dead and generally going through what could generously be described as a moral rough patch, not adding Scarlet Witch to Disney Dreamlight Valley would be a mistake. It wouldn't be the first instance of the game incorporating a villian - currently, players can recruit Mother Gothel in Disney Dreamlight Valley, for example. As evidenced by Wandavision, Maximoff is quite domestic at her core and would fit right in with the wholesome small-town vibes of Dreamlight Valley, and it would be a great way to start over after all that's happened to her recently.

The Hulk Is A Marvel Must-Have For Disney Dreamlight Valley

Like many characters in both the Disney and Marvel universe, the Hulk has been through a large story arc of hardship and evolution. Over the years, Bruce Banner managed to accept and live with his Hulk side, and in most recent media like She-Hulk: Attorney at Law appears to be living in peace. Besides the difficulties the gentle giant would have utilizing Dreamlight Valley's smaller doorways, Banner would make an excellent addition for players to level-up their Disney Dreamlight Valley friendship with, and it would be the perfect place for Banner to continue relaxing. Much like Stark, he could perhaps bring new technology items to the valley, and it's easy to imagine a friendship quest where Hulk asks for the player's help prepping for a wrestling match with Moana's Maui - it's obvious those two wouldn't last five minutes into a conversation before challenging one another's strength.

Captain Marvel Would Be An Out-Of-This-World Disney Dreamlight Valley Resident

Captain Marvel would not only fit right in alongside other Disney characters who strongly believe in truth and doing what's right, but also serve as a link to the extraterrestrial realm as well. Besides the Guardians of the Galaxy, Captain Marvel is one of the Marvel heroes who has the largest connection with aliens and outer space. Carol Danvers could share her realm with a Skrull friend like Talos who could eventually also move to the valley, bringing his shape shifting powers along with him. Captain Marvel could even form what would be an incredibly adorable friendship with the unlockable Wall-E in Disney Dreamlight Valley, since they've both got experience with intergalactic travel and an interest in retro items.

With so many different Marvel characters, undoubtedly part of the reason they haven't yet come to Disney Dreamlight Valley is simply because there are so many to choose between. Developers must weigh the pros and cons of including each new character in the game, considering how it would impact the general world building and players' overall experience. While every Marvel fan certainly has their own priorities when it comes to who should be added to the game first, honestly any addition of a Marvel character into the title would be a fun way to shake up Disney Dreamlight Valley.
