A new hype trailer for well-reviewed Inside Out 2 and the MCU hit Deadpool & Wolverine. In the streaming sector, Disney released The Acolyte season 1 earlier this year, a Star Wars-focused show that was met with mixed reviews, along with the well-received Agatha All Along.

In advance of their 2025 slate, Disney+ has released a hype trailer with teases of many shows. The trailer included brief snippets from many of the series that will premiere directly on Disney+ or through platforms they own such as Hulu. Shows featured included: The Bear season 4; Star Wars: Skeleton Crew; Paradise; Goosebumps: The Vanishing; Alien: Earth; Ironheart; Daredevil: Born Again; Chad Powers; Good American Family; Andor season 2; The Handmaid's Tale season 6; and Percy Jackson and the Olympians season 2.

What This 2025 Slate Means For Disney+

The Streamer Has A Mixture Of Major IPs And Hulu Shows

The Disney+ hype trailer featured a distinct mix of shows from their major IPs and more conventional dramatic television series. The major franchise shows include their Star Wars: Skeleton Crew, which is actually premiering this year, as well as their MCU series, which include Daredevil: Born Again and Ironheart. Interspersed throughout these titles are shows with higher awards potential, including The Bear season 4 and the Dan Fogelman drama series Paradise, which features This is Us star Sterling K. Brown.

The Bear Season 3 Ending Explained: What's Next For Carmy & Sydney

After walking through Carmy, Sydney, and the crew's struggles with their new restaurant, The Bear season 3 ends on a fascinatingly ambiguous note.

Some of the snippets reveal key details about these series. The Bear season 4 clip, for instance, shows Jamie Lee Curtis back in her role as Donna Berzatto, Carmy's mother. Donna was in The Bear season 3 episode "Ice Chips," wherein Sugar is giving birth, but her future in the series was left unclear, so this clip confirms that she will return. Other sections of the video, such as the Alien: Earth footage, are more vague teasers, but offer the first hints of setting and story.

Our Take On The Disney+ Hype Trailer

Disney Is About To Have A Huge Year

In addition to returning series like Percy Jackson and the Olympians, it is exciting to see teases for shows such as Paradise. The Emmy-nominated writer Fogelman has worked with Brown before on the beloved This is Us, so Paradise will be a great way for the pair to team up again. The football comedy Chad Powers seems to give an opportunity for Glen Powell to be his charming self, continuing the actor's vibrant career growth. Hopefully, several of these shows will pan out to be great as Disney prepares for a big year of TV.
