When you think of Disney and Raven-Symoné, the first things that come to mind are likely That's So Raven and Raven's Home. Raven Baxter is a character close to Raven-Symoné's heart, but in her years as a skilled entertainer, Raven has done a lot of other things under the Disney umbrella.

Raven is a seasoned professional who is always creating new work for her own fulfillment and for her adoring fans. The musician and actress is all over Disney+, so here are ten television shows or movies where you will find Raven, and these are only the beginning!

Dr. Doolittle

A pre-teen Raven played Charisse Doolittle in Dr. Doolittle in 1998. She reprised her role in the second zany Eddie Murphy film in 2001. As Dr. Doolittle's daughter, Charisse inherits his unique ability to communicate with animals, just as her sister Maya (Kyla Pratt) does.

Pratt would steer the remaining three movies in the franchise as Raven and Eddie Murphy each moved on to other things.

That's So Raven

Obviously, That's So Raven is on Disney+ (even though its first spin-off, Cory in the House, isn't). Raven, Chelsea, and Eddie made Disney Channel viewers laugh from 2003 to 2007, always getting into crazy situations and becoming stronger friends in the end.

Raven is just like any other teenage girl, except way funnier, and psychic. The show was mostly lighthearted, but it did focus on some serious issues, namely discrimination and body image.

The Princess Diaries 2

Raven plays a beautiful princess named Asana in The Princess Diaries 2. There are quite a few new characters in the film who weren't in the first movie, but Princess Asana stands out for a couple of reasons. She is both regal and witty in the early scene at the royal ball.

Then, she is stylish and fun at Mia's birthday party. Asana saves the day by singing with Julie Andrews, and their performance is beautiful, from their voices to the visual effect of the room and the lighting. Raven also sang "This is My Time" for the movie and soundtrack.

Kim Possible

In all the Kim Possible fandom of today, don't forget that there are more characters than Kim and Ron. Raven is one of the key recurring voice actors for the show.

She is listed as Monique for 28 episodes and for the movie Kim Possible: So the Drama. Monique is one of the coolest characters on the show, always fashionable and on point with her advice to Kim.

The Cheetah Girls

All three of these movies are on Disney+, but you will only see Raven in the first two. She brings a powerful presence to the girl group in her role as Galleria, even when the four friends don't see eye to eye.

Raven was the lead on the group's music, and her musical prowess elevated their overall sound (although the songs from the third film are enjoyable, too). It's hard to imagine those first two Cheetah adventures without Raven, so go relive the magic today.

Zenon

Raven arrived at the Disney Channel in the late-90s to play Nebula in Zenon: Girl of the 21st Century. Nebula and Zenon are the faces of a now-iconic space look with the neon spandex leggings, vests, and spunky pigtails.

Raven is not in the second movie (Nebula is then played by Shadia Simmons), but she does return as Nebula for Zenon: Z3. Nebula is usually a voice of reason to Zenon's crazy schemes.

Tinker Bell

When Disney decided to build Peter Pan's Tinker Bell a franchise of her own, they created an exciting fairy world for the new movies. Raven has always voiced Iridessa, a beautiful, dark-complected fairy who has the gift of light.

If you just search "Iridessa" on Disney's streaming platform, you'll see how expansive the role has become: Tinker BellTinker Bell and the Lost TreasureTinker Bell and the Great Fairy RescueSecret of the WingsPirate Fairy, and Tinker Bell and the Legend of the NeverBeast. The first video released in 2008, and the most recent came out in 2014.

College Road Trip

The same year she began her journey as Iridessa (2008), Raven played a bright student named Melanie in College Road Trip. She is ready to take on college and chart her own path, but her dad (Martin Lawrence) doesn't want his little girl to leave him.

They embark on a college road trip together that is both hilarious and heartfelt. This is one of Disney's funniest comedies, so go check it out now.

Big City Greens

Big City Greens is another successful Disney animated series in which Raven has been involved. She is the recurring character Maria Media, a news reporter.

Maria looks the part with her blazer and microphone, and she will report on any breaking news, like the growth of a giant watermelon. Raven has three episodes to date, most recently in 2020.

Raven's Home

Raven's Home premiered in 2017 and is still going strong. Raven has candidly expressed her love for the character of Raven Baxter, so it truly was a homecoming experience when the newer sitcom began.
