Warning! Spoilers ahead for  The Falcon and the Winter Soldier finale.

Sam debuts a brand new Captain America suit in Avengers: Endgame, that Sam will ultimately become Captain America. As with his latest superhero persona, the hero also got a fresh battle outfit complete with a pair of wings courtesy of the Wakandans.

In the opening scene of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier penultimate episode, Sam and Bucky confronted John Walker after he just murdered a member of the Flag-Smashers in broad daylight. During the brutal battle, the super-soldier serum-powered Walker ripped off Sam's wings with his bare hands. Once it was clear that his partner will finally assume his rightful place as the next Captain America, Bucky sought Ayo's help for a suit and other equipment for Sam's debut as the new Star-Spangled Avenger. Aside from its updated design, the ensemble also proved to be useful in more ways than one as seen in the show's finale, "One World, One People."

As the first Captain America who's not physically enhanced by any variation of the super-soldier serum, Sam's new suit has been handy in his first outing as the official wielder of the shield. Since it's from Wakanda, the whole ensemble is made of Vibranium, which makes it more durable. In of the suit itself, it's possible that it can even deflect bullets the way Black Panther's armor does, although since some parts of Sam's body is still exposed, he's not as protected as T'Challa is. The wings are also stronger than his previous ones, meaning he can use them both as a weapon and full-body shield in a much more effective way; for context, the old version was made of impact-resistant carbon fiber material, and Vibranium is stronger than that. While Walker had no issues ripping Sam's old wings apart, these fresh ones are likely better attached to the body of the suit; overall, they have better mechanisms making Sam's flying more agile and dynamic during missions.

On top of the main components of the Vibranium suit itself, the Wakandans fitted it with additional tech to boost Sam's force power as well. That includes a main thruster at the bottom of his jetpack and additional detachable ones that can help carry a heavy object in a more balanced manner; this way, Sam is not the only one handling his weight. This was how he was able to  the hanging truck with GRC inside so it could safely land on the ground in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier finale. Finally, there's also a new version of Red Wing, which is now more intelligent as it's able to do face recognition and automatic profiling in no time as well. It's reminiscent of Iron Man's technology - only better as Sam can send the drone on its own to scope a location and get a read of the situation first before coming in.

Looking at how Sam operated in his Vibranium suit in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier finale, it's safe to assume that he's already comfortable in his new armor. Given its additional features, not to mention the much stronger material it's made of, MCU's current Captain America will be doing just fine in battle despite not getting the super-soldier serum like those who came before him.
