Images from Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga showcase Anya Taylor-Joy, Chris Hemsworth, and more. The movie features the return of several other characters, including the villain Immortan Joe (now played by Lachy Hulme), his son Rictus Erectus (Nathan Jones), and the medic The Organic Mechanic (Angus Sampson).
Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga. In addition to showcasing the title character in a high-octane moment where she emerges from a truck that seems to be in motion while brandishing a gun, they offer a further look at the dangerous connection between her and Chris Hemsworth's new villain, Warlord Dementus. The Furiosa Prequel Follows The Iconic Character's Transformation
In addition to showcasing new looks at the Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga cast, these images emphasize an important truth about the movie. While the exact timing of her transformation is unclear, these images showcase the full transformation Taylor-Joy's character makes. By the end of the movie, she will end up looking much closer to the original Theron version of Furiosa, complete with a shaved head and a mechanical arm prosthetic.

Did Anya Taylor-Joy Actually Shave Her Head For Furiosa?
Anya Taylor-Joy sports her character's iconic shaved head and mechanical arm in Furiosa's first trailer, but did the actor actually shave her head?
Praetorian Jack’s look and position in the new images also seem to confirm the impression given from previously shared footage that the character – who is a possible love interest for Furiosa – is working with Immortan Joe’s camp. One clue is that he has a grease-smeared forehead, which seems to be a symbol of those in Immortan Joe’s service. His position in the image also seems to imply that Praetorian Jack is overseeing Dementus’ sale of Furiosa to Immortan Joe, as Hemsworth’s villain seems to be appraising her while Jack watches.
Praetorian Jack has previously been revealed to be a War Rig driver, and his name, which has ties to ancient Roman practice, implies that he may be a bodyguard for Immortan Joe.
Though Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga seems to be fulfilling its role as a prequel by answering many questions about the title character's backstory, it also doesn't seem to be sacrificing high-octane action in the process. The image of the character leaping out of the truck seems to prove as much. However, even the images where the character isn't actively fighting seem rife with tension that could help fuel the action-packed extravaganza of the rest of the movie.
