The Harley Quinn have both been thorns in Batman's side in the DC Universe, but in a stunning cosplay, the two characters are combined in an amazing (and terrifying) new look. @jennesis_cosplay shared her take on the twisted Joker-ized version of Batman and the former villain turned hero and the results are spectacular. The ensemble shows that together, the pair would make quite the DC Comics villain.
Harley Quinn has long been a fan-favorite of comic book readers after first appearing in Batman: The Animated Series. The spunky former girlfriend of the Joker has made the unlikely turnaround into a hero. While Quinn is still unpredictable, violent, and consistently marches to the beat of her own drum, gained more popularity as a main character in the recent DC Comics/Fortnite crossover. Now, both characters are being imagined as one single villain.
On her In the image, she wears the Batman Who Laughs trademark spiked visor, spiked elbow pads and wields his chain weapons. The look features Harley Quinn's colorful hair, red and black corset, and red lips. The cosplay is complimented with a cape/dress similar to the bottom piece of the evil Batman's ensemble. The cosplay is made even spookier as the Harley Quinn/Batman Who Laughs combination emerges from a coffin.
The look is sublime. The cosplay is both fun and terrifying and showcases key features of both Harley Quinn and the Batman Who Laughs iconic looks. Perhaps what's most impressive is it feels like it belongs in a comic book, despite (to our knowledge) being an original cosplay creation from @jennesis_cosplay.
We would absolutely read a story about The Harley Quinn Who Laughs. Can you imagine how twisted her origin would have to be for her to become a Harley Quinn/Batman/Joker hybrid? If the Batman Who Laughs ever needs a new partner in crime, a character with @jennesis_cosplay's design would 100% fit the bill.
