High Potential season 1 ended its first installment with a twist that introduced the biggest threat to Morgan yet. It has added anticipation for the episodes, which are ramping up.
In a recent Facebook post from Disney+, which streams the popular procedural internationally, Olson is back on set. The photo shows the Hacks and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia star holding a clapperboard, which reveals that Psych alum James Roday Rodriguez is returning to direct the premiere episode. He'd previously helmed the finale. The post, included below, also includes cast Daniel Sunjata, Javicia Leslie, Deniz Akdeniz, and Judy Reyes.

This is good news for all of the unanswered High Potential season 1 questions, including the mystery of Roman and the unknown villain that's played by David Giuntoli. One thing to watch for is whether there will be any news on who might play Roman, Morgan's missing ex, or whether that potential casting will be kept hidden to maintain the surprise of what actually happened to the character.
Our Take On High Potential's Return

It should keep up its inventiveness and smart use of guest actors. But thankfully, because of this latest update, we are closer to finding out.
