High on Life is a new FPS with several unlockable upgrades, including a Jetpack. These upgrades will allow the player to get more places in various worlds and find more loot. The Jetpack, in particular, will enable the player to get higher and hover across gaps.

High on Life has a surprisingly deep story, paired with irony and talking guns. These talking guns provide the narrative and directions to the player tasked with saving humanity from becoming farmed for drugs. Despite the number of weapons, the player’s bounty-hunting gear will be just as important to completing the game.

How To Buy The Jetpack Suit in High on Life

Buying the Jetpack in High on Life

After the opening levels of High on Life in Blim City, the player will head out to complete the bounties for either Krubis or Douglas. As the player explores either of those regions, if they come across an area obviously too high or too far away, Kenny, the original talking gun, will inform the player that it seems like they will need a Jetpack to explore that area and that he saw one in Mr. Kreep’s pawn shop. However, if the player returns to the pawn shop after the first bounty, there is no sign of a Jetpack and Kenny, the main Gatlian in High on Life, does not speak about it.

To get the Jetpack in High on Life, progress through to the second bounty, whichever was not completed the first time. Once the second bounty is completed, the player will return to their home and be told to meet with the mayor of Blim City. Once the conversation with the mayor is over, Gene will inform the player that they need a Jetpack to continue with the mission. If, at that point, the player heads back to Mr. Kreep’s pawn shop, there will be a box for “pre-ordering a Jetpack” on the shop counter in front of Mr. Kreep.

The fee for pre-ordering the Jetpack is 999 Pesos. The bounty for the last mission was 1500, so the player should have enough. Still, the player might be tempted to purchase other upgrades, so ensure that the Jetpack ticket is purchased before buying any other upgrade in High on Life with the leftover bounty from the mission. However, the player must then wait for the Jetpack to come in. Then, return home, and Gene will tell the player to get some rest. Once the player has gone to bed, High on Life will have a slight time jump, after which the player appears on their roof with the Jetpack on their back.

The Jetpack has a short tutorial before the player can use it freely to explore various planets and continue with the missions. There will be two more bounties available immediately. No matter what, upon acquiring the Jetpack in High on Life, players will have even more options for exploring every world and finding more loot.
