One of the consistent and clear themes that have emerged during iPhone 14 hype season is that this year's lineup are going to have far less in common with one another. For one thing, Apple appears to now be done with the mini model, opting to launch two Max models instead. More importantly, however, is Apple is approaching the standard and Pro iPhone models far more differently this year, in an attempt to further highlight that the Pro and Pro Max are actually pro smartphones.

If the various rumors and reports are to be believed, this will mean that the standard iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max will come with far fewer selling points than the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max. For example, while the Pro models will reportedly be equipped with potentially seeing a price bump compared to last year.
