In a preview of Marvel's Marvel Zombies: Dawn of Decacy #1, Iron Man and Ant-Man bicker as they make repairs to the Avengers' Quinjet. Tony is putting pressure on Scott Lang to hand over the Pym Particle technology in his costume's belt, claiming he could use it to grow his suit and massively enhance its weapons.
Ant-Man hits back by asking why Tony doesn't simply give him a custom suit to get all the same advantages, leaving Iron Man babbling excuses which make it very clear he could easily do so, but his ego won't allow another hero to outshine him. Notably, Ant-Man is wearing his MCU costume, prompting fans to realize that this logic is just as true in the movies, and that Tony could have turned Scott Lang's Ant-Man into a huge force for good with this simple upgrade,

...But Tony Stark Doesn't Want Anyone Else to Sur Him
In Marvel lore, Pym Particles can alter the size and mass of organic and inorganic matter, growing humans, weapons, vehicles and buildings to gigantic sizes. In theory, the discovery is ideal for Iron Man to experiment with, especially given that fans recently saw exactly what the result would look like. During the X-Men/Orchis war, Tony's enemy Feilong stole his designs for anti-mutant Sentinels. These Stark Sentinels were effectively giant Iron Men, with Marvel specifying that the change in power level was exponential - the robots were five times more powerful than Tony's armor, which itself has matched gods like Thor in the past.
In the past, Tony has gone out of his way to upgrade his fellow Avengers, from deg the high-tech Iron Spider suit to creating a new shield for Captain America when his original was unavailable. However, Tony's gifts tend to come with major strings. The Iron Spider suit was essentially a way to make Peter Parker feel indebted to him during Civil War, while Tony used Steve Rogers' gratitude to blindside and betray him in the epic Armor Wars arc.
It's a dark comment on Tony Stark's ego that he's not willing to give Ant-Man a huge upgrade that would put him among the Avengers' most powerful heroes, and seemingly purely because he doesn't want anyone else to have that power if he can't. Hopefully, the MCU itself will experiment with this idea in future, because giving Ant-Man his own Iron Man suit would turn him into a force of nature equal to Thor and Captain Marvel.
