Mack ed Destination X season 1 as a state legislature attorney from Austin, Texas. Her job would indicate that she's smart, and, so far, she's proven that to be true. However, as much as Mack's gameplay is calculated and intelligent, she's ruffled a lot of feathers, which could prove to be her downfall.
Mack Isn't Afraid Of Being Mean
Her Confessionals Are Spicy
The biggest indication that Mack is the villain of Destination X is the unkind words she used when describing her strategy and her fellow cast . In one of her first confessionals, Mack let the audience in on her long-term strategy for the game. Her plan was to team up with the person she perceived to be the least intelligent, then backstab them the moment she needed to. In the first challenge, Mack decided Destination X's Ally Bross fit the bill.

Ally turned out to have some strategy of her own, stealing a point from another player and winning the first challenge. However, the fact that Mack was willing to be so blunt about her strategy and thoughts about Ally shows she's got villainous ways about her. If any of her fellow cast find out what Mack thinks about them, she may be in trouble.
Mack also itted she was on the show for her ego. Many people go on reality competition shows for the life-changing money and to help their families, but Mack simply wants to prove she's better than other people. Mack is being honest, but her honesty is making her the villain of the season.
Mack Doesn't Care What Anyone Thinks Of Her
She's Making Her Own Moves
While Destination X is largely a challenge-based game, there are also elements of the NBC reality show that make it a social experiment. For one, the cast had to choose five people to guess the location, making those five people automatically up for elimination. Mack's team of five had agreed on four people from the other team that they wanted to put up for elimination, but when Mack announced the final name, her team was confused. They had agreed to send Ally into the map room.
Why did Mack say Biggy Bailey's name instead?
Mack felt she had to save Ally, as they had already aligned themselves in the game. To the other cast , though, this made Mack the villain. She directly went against what the rest of the bus wanted just because it was better for her own game. Mack's self-serving attitude is a huge reason she's the current villain of Destination X season 1.
Mack Is Willing To Play Dirty
She's In It To Win It
While all the Destination X cast are trying hard to win the grand prize, Mack has proved she'll do anything to win. During the first challenge, Mack gave all of her points to Ally, ensuring Ally's win, with the idea being Ally would share the secret clue she won with Mack. This plan worked out perfectly and proved Mack is a quick thinker who can easily come up with strategies on the spot.
Mack has lied to her fellow cast to throw them off. She and Ally were given the opportunity to exit the bus and see where they were. After, they both decided to lie to the rest of the contestants about what they saw. They actually saw ancient ruins, but Ally and Mack told the rest of the bus they saw a lot of tourists, which was a complete lie. Ultimately, their lie did little to affect the game, but it was more proof Mack is the villain of Destination X season 1.
