In a new preview for Batman #128 by DC Comics, Failsafe successfully stops Batman and Superman from trying to take it offline. The situation is so dire the Justice League arrive to save both heroes, but even their collective power might not be enough.

Failsafe is the creation of Batman's Zur-En-Arrh persona as the powerful android was made to stop the greatest heroes on Earth in the event they break bad. With Batman being framed for the murder of the Penguin, Failsafe has come online to take Batman out as it believes The Dark Knight is responsible for murdering the villain. Failsafe has quickly proven to be a nearly unstoppable force with protocols designed to stop the greatest heroes in the DC Universe. In a new preview for Batman #128 by Chip Zdarsky, Jorge Jimenez, and Tomeu Morey from DC Comics, Superman tries to stop Failsafe after the android villain nearly kills Batman. However, Superman meets his match when Failsafe pulls out Kryptonite blades and slices the hero open. Thankfully, Failsafe cannot finish killing Superman after the Justice League, which includes Green Arrow, Hawkgirl, Black Canary, and Martian Manhunter, arrive at the battle, as the group attempts to save their fellow teammates.

Can The Justice League Actually Stop Failsafe And Save Batman and Superman?

The Justice League might be one of the most powerful superteams on Earth, but even they may not be able to stop Failsafe and save Batman and Superman. The android villain is specifically designed to exploit the weaknesses of the great heroes, even making Superman look weak, so there's no telling what kind of damage it can unleash against the Justice League. Martian Manhunter, Green Arrow, Hawkgirl, and Black Canary might have bitten off more than they can chew in the fight, as Failsafe likely has counters to all their moves.

Stopping Failsafe and saving Batman and Superman will be a tall task for the Justice League. The new DC villain won't go down without a deadly fight, meaning that even the Justice League may not be enough to stop him, even with their incredible powers and teamwork. Batman and Superman will get an assist from the Justice League when Batman #128 arrives in comic book stores on Tuesday.
