As revealed by the official Cyberpunk 2077  Ghost in the Shell manga series, whose name was Motoko Kusanagi. Previous Cyberpunk 2077 footage has also shown the player driving their very own Kusanagi bike in-game.

At the TGS booth, Reeves signed his own name and also that of Johnny Silverhand, the name of the character he is portraying in Cyberpunk 2077. Johnny Silverhand's origins date back to the original Cyberpunk 2020 tabletop game from which CD Projekt Red took inspiration, in which Keanu's character is classified as a Rockerboy, a class that Polygon reports is somewhat akin to a Bard from Dungeons & Dragons. According to the original text, Rockerboys like Reeves' robot-armed Johnny are the "street poets, social consciousness, and rebels of the 2000's."

Having already made the trip out to Japan, it's doubtful Keanu Reeves just showed up in order to say hello to everyone and sign his name on a wall after sitting on a fictional motorcycle. It's already a known fact that Hideo Kojima's next game took place. Oh, to be a fly on that wall.
