Jack & Dani

Jack has made a huge career shift since Love Island UK season 4. He's now in the wrestling industry, which is quite common for people from the Love Island world. Wes & Megan

The Sun UK reported that after Stephanie Lam and Josh Mair were dumped from the villa after the public named them their least favorite couple, the pair decided they were better off as friends and never had romantic feelings for one another. Josh is still single but has begun pursuing a fitness modeling career, and Stephanie is also single and modeling.

Josh looks completely different from his time on Love Island UK season 4. He's been very focused on his physique but doesn't get down on himself if he can't reach his goals. As for Stephaine, she is an ambassador for Fashion Nova and travels quite a bit for her work.

Sam & Georgia

Broken Up

As reported by Cosmopolitan UK, Georgia Steel and Sam Bird only lasted three months after they were dumped from the villa. They then announced their split on social media. The news outlet also reported that Georgia hadn't cheated, despite rumors of her being involved with a management team member.

Since her last season, Georgia returned to Love Island All Stars in January and left the show in a relationship with Toby Aromolaran. However, according to The Sun UK, the couple broke up in late March, shortly after the season ended. Sam revealed in an Instagram post that he eloped earlier in the year and is happily married. Sam married Kailah Casillas-Bird and the couple is still together in 2024. Sam also appeared on The Challenge in 2022.

Charlie B. & Ellie B.

Broken Up

Ellie Brown and Charlie Brake broke up after leaving the villa but were reunited in 2020 when they both appeared on Ex On The Beach. While the show usually causes fights between former flames, Ellie and Charlie were able to reconcile in of who was at fault in their relationship. They also got closure about their romance being over for good (per Metro UK).

As of 20204, Ellie is now working as an influencer. Ellie's Instagram is filled with her wearing fashion-forward clothing and even offers discount codes on the top brands she works with. Ellie is also in a relationship with an unnamed man, whom she posted on Instagram on Valentine's Day. As for Charlie, he has posted very sporadically since leaving Love Island UK season 4. He hasn't posted a photo on Instagram since late last year.

Frankie & Samira

When Samira Mighty walked from the villa to be with Frankie Foster after he was dumped on Love Island UK, it seemed that the pair were off to a good start with their relationship; however, this was short-lived. As reported by Cosmopolitan UK, Frankie was caught kissing another woman in public, and Samira called it quits shortly after.

Samira is single and focused on making it big in the music industry in the UK. She came out with a song, which Samira posted on Instagram, revealing she was in a relationship after the show, but it ended poorly. As for Frankie, he seems to be a reporter for Raceday TV, which is all about horse racing betting. It seems Samira and Frankie are successful in their own ways.
