Jack has made a huge career shift since Love Island UK season 4. He's now in the wrestling industry, which is quite common for people from the Love Island world. On the other hand, Alexandra has left fans wondering where she is now that Love Island UK season 4 is over since her Instagram is bare. As reported by The Scottish Sun, Alexandra is working to become a trauma healer and has shared no updates on her relationship status. As of 2024, Alexandra has yet to post anything to her Instagram, which hasn't been updated since September 2018.

Since Love Island UK season 3, Laura started traveling the world as a professional surfer. On Instagram, many of Laura's photos are very picturesque and focus on her surfing abilities and the surrounding nature. Jack is happily single and pursuing a DJ career, which has allowed him to travel and party more than ever. Jack recently released a new mix called Tech House Edits Volume 2, so he's seemingly successful in his DJ career.

Since her last season, Georgia returned to Love Island All Stars in January and left the show in a relationship with Toby Aromolaran. However, according to The Sun UK, the couple broke up in late March, shortly after the season ended. Sam revealed in an Instagram post that he eloped earlier in the year and is happily married. Sam married Kailah Casillas-Bird and the couple is still together in 2024. Sam also appeared on The Challenge in 2022.

Charlie B. & Ellie B.

As of 20204, Ellie is now working as an influencer. Ellie's Instagram is filled with her wearing fashion-forward clothing and even offers discount codes on the top brands she works with. Ellie is also in a relationship with an unnamed man, whom she posted on Instagram on Valentine's Day. As for Charlie, he has posted very sporadically since leaving Love Island UK season 4. He hasn't posted a photo on Instagram since late last year.

As reported by Cosmopolitan UK, Frankie was caught kissing another woman in public, and Samira called it quits shortly after.

Samira is single and focused on making it big in the music industry in the UK. She came out with a song, which Samira posted on Instagram, revealing she was in a relationship after the show, but it ended poorly. As for Frankie, he seems to be a reporter for Raceday TV, which is all about horse racing betting. It seems Samira and Frankie are successful in their own ways.
