Iron Man armor and as a civilian, and Phase 4 will show the impact of his actions, but also that the MCU characters still have a lot to learn.
Among the projects in the MCU is Riri Williams (to be played by Dominique Thorne), a 15-year-old engineering student who is a certified super-genius and attends the Massachusetts Institute of Technology on scholarship. Riri built her own Iron Man armor with material she stole from campus, which she used to prevent two inmates from escaping a penitentiary. Tony Stark heard of Riri’s accomplishment and endorsed her decision to become a superhero. In the MCU, Tony Stark did his best to young talents, as seen with Peter Parker (Tom Holland), so having Riri Williams in Phase 4 is proof that Tony’s dream of inspiring young dreamers to invent stuff as he did is coming true.
On the other hand, and on a more destructive note, is Armor Wars, with Rhodey having to deal with it without Tony, which will be very interesting to watch as it’s not only about saving the world but also maintaining his best friend’s good name.
Phase 4 of the MCU won’t forget about Tony Stark and his presence will still be felt but in different ways than before. Even without his physical or holographic presence, Tony Stark will continue inspiring people for both good causes and bad: young inventors will continue to dream big and create things for the benefit of the world, while bad guys will use his technology and more for destructive purposes.
