Panagiota Zabakolas aka Peggy Z has been “killing the New York real estate market” for seven years. Peggy’s star gain an edge in her profession as a broker with an understanding of transactional law, property, contracts, and zoning provisions. Peggy has well-qualified clients from all over the world and has also built her own team of agents and brokers called the “Peggy Z Team,” which has a stronghold over Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and of course, the Hamptons. The Netflix star’s listings on Nest Seekers show that she’s sold 34 extravagant houses, rented out 48 - all costing millions of dollars.
Prior to her appearance on Million Dollar Beach House, Peggy has also been a part of Million Dollar Listing New York on Bravo working alongside the show’s lead Ryan Serhant. She's often made appearances on Fox Business as an expert commentator and is also fluent in Greek. The real estate broker Peggy has been in a relationship with Russell H Lyddane II since around August 2019 as per his Facebook page. Russell is a partner at a sports construction company called Keystone Sports Construction that’s located in Exton, Pennsylvania.
In a recent interview with Oprah Mag, Peggy has described her experience on Million Dollar Beach House as “an eye-opener.” She confessed that she would be open to doing a season 2 for the Netflix show as she doesn’t “go to the office to hang out and make friends.” Well, it’s all good as long as you manage to steer away from boats, Peggy.
