The culmination of the 7-season long romance between Jess and Nick ends with their wedding day. And of course, their wedding day is anything but normal. So many things go wrong, and everything gets messed up but still, when Nick asks Jess if she wants to have the weirdest wedding of all time, Jess replies back without missing a beat that as long as she's getting married to Nick, she doesn't care what everything else looks like. It's perfect because it captures their messy yet solid at heart relationship.

Nick is not a very cheesy or romantic guy on the surface. He doesn't usually do too many big romantic gestures or anything. But when Nick and Jess initially started dating, he pulled out all the guns and organized one of the best birthday parties of Jess' life. The amount of care that went into this spoke volumes about the kind of guy Nick was and how much he loved her.

Even though he usually was quite against all these sorts of big romantic gestures, he actually filmed himself and played it out in the theatre where all their friends were gathered. At night, she hears something at the door and calls Nick to help her. They find out that it's a dog and Nick has to part with the women's jacket he had "stolen." While making their way back to their rooms, Nick pulls Jess into one of the most ionate kisses on the show. They make out and Nick leaves with just this single statement. It's intense, ionate, incredibly romantic, and cements the fact that Nick and Jess really a couple worth rooting for.
