The best Waypoint to find them is near Hypocrite Hill. Once obtained, you can follow these steps:

• Make a Breeding Farm
• Bake some Cake
• Insert Beakon and Helzephyr into the Breeding Farm
• Wait until they produce a Large Electric Egg

Put the Large Electric Egg in an Egg Incubator with a little heat from a fire or heater and, depending on your world, wait some time for it to hatch.
