Dynamax Skwovet is a pure Normal-type which means the only weakness in Pokémon GO is against Fighting-type moves, inflicting 160% damage compared to regular attacks. This is the same as when battling Skwovet in its normal form. While super-effective damage differs between the various games in the series, it's just as important in GO.

You'll be able to inflict even more damage when you're Pokémon using Fighting-type moves of the same type, adding an essential amount of 20% extra damage, also known as STAB (same-type attack bonus). This will be the fastest way to blast through Skwovet's health bar.

Since Skwovet only has one weakness, there aren't as many options for super-effective damage compared to past raid bosses. Nevertheless, it also only has one vulnerability, which means you can use essentially any other Dynamax- or Gigantamax-capable Pokémon that doesn't use Ghost-type moves, and you will be fine. You might be cutting the time limit close, but you can likely solo the raid yourself if your team is strong enough.

If you're new to Max Battles or want to win a battle as fast as possible, try using Max Mushrooms as they boost the damage your Pokémon inflict for 30 minutes, making it great for soloing these types of raids. They are quite expensive at 400 PokéCoins each, so only use them if you have to, as they're more suited to tougher 5-Star bosses like Dynamax Moltres in Pokémon GO. As long as you use Fighting-type counters like Machamp and Falinks in Pokémon GO, any Max Battles against Skwovet will be as easy as you can imagine.
