The world of sequel to Pokemon Snap on Nintendo Switch. It's almost all been viewed rather positively by the community surrounding the franchise.
The exception to the excitement was the one of the most disliked Pokemon videos on YouTube. While the marketing team behind that reveal failed to read the room after giving gamers a week to get themselves excited, the franchise still has way more wins than losses overall. Pokemon GO has managed to remain such a success thanks in part to a dedicated base and constant additions that make it worthwhile to boot up the title on a near-daily basis. Now the latest in-game event for the popular mobile game has been confirmed to star the infamous Jessie and James of Team Rocket fame, and players will actually be able to battle the pair of villains. All they need to do to kick off the encounter is boot up the game and locate the notorious Meowth balloon that the pair often float around in, at which point a battle will ensue.
According to the developer behind Pokemon GO, Niantic Inc, Jessie and James will only be available for a very limited time. The current in-game event is set to expire on Wednesday, July 15, which means that this is likely when the duo will also blast off again. ittedly, it's great that the studio behind the title is giving players a continued reason to stay invested after Pokemon GO wrapped its big 4th-anniversary event.
After players have finished preparing for trouble (and making it double), there's still quite a bit more to look forward to. One of the major additions planned for Pokemon GO is to add Mega Evolutions, although just how and when this will pan out remains to be seen.
