More leaks have surfaced regarding new Pokémon in the Pokémon Scarlet & Violet: Weirdest Gen 9 Designs We've Seen So Far
Pokémon Scarlet & Violet Have Had A Lot of Leaks
It's unclear whether the new Pokémon was left in the trailer unintentionally. What may seem like a small error on the side of game developers could actually be a subtle form of ment. Developers have in the past been known to include near indistinguishable Easter eggs to boost hype for games. While it is possible that Game Freak unintentionally included Pokémon 1080 in its recent trailer, the developer certainly can’t be too delighted by the many other leaks engulfing its new title. This new Pokémon emergence follows a string of Pokémon Scarlet and Violet leaks teasing new features, so if the reveal was unintentional, it's certainly not the first leak of this sort.
Fans are eagerly awaiting the release of the ninth generation of Pokémon that will be introduced with Scarlet and Violet, as it means more creatures for players to catch and train. Nintendo has slowly been revealing some of the new characters as the launch of the games grows closer, and fans have already taken to the new additions like the ghost dog Greavard, and Legendaries Koraidon and Miraidon. Many of the confirmed new Gen 9 Pokémon were revealed with leaks, which in many ways, have only added to fans' excitement for the games' release.
Despite this new Pokémon GO datamine and leak, there are still set to be plenty of surprises for fans when Pokémon Scarlet and Violet release later this month. There are plenty of pocket monsters still yet to be revealed, and it's likely that the many trailers and gameplay showcases from Nintendo have still kept some secrets from fans. With Pokémon Scarlet and Violet launching soon, players don't have long to wait to meet this new leaked Pokémon - and many more.
