Overall I was never a huge fan of the Timeless Child idea which I really don't like it at that time, but the thing is that I really do like the idea for the 27th season of Doctor Who where the Cartmel Masterplan would have and seen the Doctor to be a Time Lord reincarnation of "The Other" who was one of the co-founder of the Time Lord society with Rassilon and Omega on Gallifrey at that time and I would love to see this happen on screen if the cancelation should have never happen in 1989 at that time.
