Captures the humanity with which Stephen King always imbues his characters. Be it an appealing humanity or not.

Ordinary people in extraordinary circumstances are what makes his books so compelling.

It’s not the supernatural.

“Apt Pupil “ is the most terrifying thing he ever wrote in my opinion. ( One of the novellas with “The Body” in Different Seasons)

“Stand by Me” captures his warm regard for the lot of making our way as best we can.

Hopefully they don’t make an entire stable of series with multiple characters that are Bond related, but lead their own show. 

They first rule of showbiz: “Leave ‘em wanting more.”

Just keep JB a movie-only property, and for Pete’s sake don’t sanitize his dangerous, reckless qualities.
