Here the thing supes holds way back all the time if he actually let loose completely (and mabey used some extra sunlight or other form of booster) it would be no contest even if flash could out speed him superman would hav a lager arsenal of laser vision and most of all freeze breathe and cold slows down flash so supes just has to get close enough to get him cold and he wins
