Star Trek Enterprise does not deserve the bad reputation it gets. I love the show. I thought it was a great idea to do a prequel series, but as a fan, that requires you to go into it with an open mind. Yes, the show had some growing pains, just like most shows do. Next Generation was even worse in its first two seasons and DS9 and Voyager didn't get good until their 4th seasons. Enterprise also suffered from being on a horrible channel that most of America couldn't find or even get. By season 4 it was really begining to hit it's stride and if it had been allowed to continue I think it would have rivaled TNG in popularity and praise.
