Let's look at that.

The Fantastic Four has not hit... yet.

Although we did get one iteration of a singular member.

Same with the X-Men. Mutants yes. But X-Men. Not as of the current moment. I.e. yet. And let's not be naive and suggest Ghost Rider is bigger than either property.

Now. Blade.

While yes Blade has appeared in tbe MCU, via Deadpool and Wolverine, the Blade property has not officially hit the MCU yet.

And after the Wesley Snipes movies ages before Nick Cage they still hold much more weight than Flaming Skull Biker.

Moving on.

Daredevil on the horizons, and made an appearance, but not really hit the sceeens yet. Bigger.

Silver Surfer on the horizon, yes, but not as of yet.

Captain Britain, Squirrel Girl, Miles Morales, Nova, Quasar, and many more. All noteable and much bigger properties than Ghost Rider. And guess what.

Not in the MCU as of yet.
