Ending On A High Note: These 8 Fantasy Book Series Stuck The Landing With A Final Novel That's 10/10
Tad Williams' Osten Ard series just had an epic conclusion that was probably the most satisfying end to a series I have ever read. I highly recommend his seminal series.

It always saddens me that these lists are missing the great Tad Williams series Memory, Sorrow, and Thorn and his recent follow up series (which might even be better) The Last King of Osten Ard.
10 Fantasy Book Series That Are Considered Masterpieces
I feel like Tad Williams's Memory, Sorrow and Thorn trilogy is ALWAYS overlooked in these lists. Its amazing and deserves more recognition. He has just concluded a sequel quadrilogy called the Last King of Osten Ard this is also an excellent follow up series for any fan of the originals.
Who is the most influential modern fantasy author?
My vote is for Tad William's Memory, Sorrow and Thorn series, plus the sequel series that is currently being released, The Last King of Osten Ard.
