Captain America: Brave New World
I liked it a lot, though I was expecting to be disappointed. I only went to get one of the special popcorn buckets but decided to stay and watch the movie since I was already there and I am glad that I did. I really liked they way they nicely tied in events from a movie 17 years ago into the Avengers current storyline. The only parts that had me rolling my eyes were the Barbershop like banter at the beginning of the movie but that didn't last too long.

Captain America: Brave New World's Box Office Officially es The MCU's Second Biggest Bomb's Entire Gross In Just 2 Weeks
I actually enjoyed the movie and have been recommending it to others on various online platforms. But I now see a trend in the media that I find a bit distressing. There appear to be quite a few publications out there that have been cheerleading the movie and even going so far as to defend it or gloss over it's shortcomings as if they are doing everything they can to keep the movie from being considered a failure. And it seems as if they are doing so due to the fact that a black actor, Anthony Mackie, has taken the mantle from a white actor, Chris Evans, in playing a marquee figure within the entire pantheon of Marvel Comics superheroes and is not reaching the standard of success as set by his white counterpart. And that outcome is a big no-no for these legacy outlets. I don't know why they can't simply accept the outcome for what it is and leave it at that.
