I don't agree with this change to Shampoo, the broken way she spoke showed she was still learning and figuring out Japanese ... it was not an "offensive stereotype" and that being called out as the reason for the change tells me the teanslators for the dub are changing things in bad faith to what they feel is acceptable .. a practice that is damaging Anime in general
