Agree, there is enough diversity in the book, they didn't have to slap it all together so terribly. Emonds field, a remote village that hasn't seen the outside world other than peddlers has one of every conceivable race, multiple accents all in the same village of 100 people...lame.

You want diversity, they visit a dozen different places in the book. Assign a race/culture to each location. Diversity quota checked, and the DEI police can go kick rocks
