In my younger years, I ignored U2 because I just didn't get it, which was a huge mistake. When I was introduced to Pop, I was instantly hooked and never looked back. I went back to their previous material, realized their genius, and regretted missing out because I didn't give them a chance. While I have enjoyed most of their albums since, SOI really blew me away. It was so personal and emotional that it quickly became my favorite.
