While windu did in fact best Palpatine in a lightsaber dual as depicted and stated above....vaapad was a key component, Palpatine WAS in danger, Sideious was however not. to him Palpatine was a mask, a tool. One to be thrown away when convenient. Not to mention sideious despised lightsabers and calked them a jedi weapon. All sideious needed was the right moment to reveal himself, which he hid for a long time. Only showing himself when the jedi trap was sprung, What better reason than when the jedi turned traitor. When hideous dropped the guize of Palpatine...mace windu was dead. As good as mace was he was no match for not only sideious but the sith as a whole as what they have evolved into.

Never been a big fan of green arrow. Always seemed like a cheap knock off of batman who managed to stick around. Tower of babel goes solely to batman. It was his plans all along. It does not matter who executed it as without batman the attempt was pointless. Oliver queen hates and always will hate the fact that bin every way he will always be in batman's shadow. I actually enjoyed reading he went rouge with waller. They should turn him villain and leave him as one.

He alone brought it to it's knees ready to bow to him. He was in no way at any point a good man. He was twisted from day 1. Destined to destroy. That is why it took 9 movies to stop him and even then the legends lore still.has him a threat after he dies.

In the novel.of revenge of the sith her ruthlessness as you say is present as she is part of the delegation of 2000 senators who are actively trying to remove Palpatine from office/ remove his emergency powers. She later is seen talking to Mon motha, and bail organs who would later become figure heads in the rebellion. But yes her died of a broken heart breaks known star wars lore from what Leia said in ROTJ. Very big missed opportunity inn the movie.
