If you find this troubling, don’t get into K-pop. There you can find for example:

A 9 member group, each member can have their own “edition” of an album, and then the album itself can have multiple design concept editions, and they will all come with different inclusions. Some of these inclusions will be at random, so if you’re buying a “signed” version - it won’t be signed by all the , just one - so you have to buy multiple copies to hopefully get the signature you want lol.
